Core Beliefs Copy

I will always lose the love
I will be abandoned, betrayed, rejected, humiliated
I will be martyred, misunderstood, unappreciated, blamed
I am defective and flawed
I am shame
I am imperfect
I never do it right
I must struggle, suffer in order to deserve, to get permission to be ok
I will be excluded, alienated or sabotaged  – “I will be the last one chosen”
I cannot be happy until my friend, spouse, parent changes – nothing changes until they change- codependency

Fear Release Exercise:  Beside each of these fear beliefs – write out the exact opposite belief – your new belief – your new truth
